Doomscrollers
A coaching business where the only human part is the coaching.
Tilly reads a member's Instagram and writes their next fortnight. Every other moving part is a rail: taking the money, onboarding, the check-in that opens each cycle, the plan waiting in the member's portal when it lands, the audit at the front door.
One coach, no team, no agency behind her. That is the promise on the front of the site, no login, no calls, no agency bill, and the rails underneath are how it keeps holding.

Vonzie Studio

Vonzie Studio is a remote studio in the Netherlands. Strategy, brand, design, build and launch run end to end by one operator, which is why the work holds together instead of getting handed between five freelancers.

The Tea Sack
A shop for objects that exist once.
Steven makes ceramics for Europe's Michelin tables. Then one teapot with a sack on its head found an audience of its own. The store that came out of it is a single room you walk rather than a grid you filter, one piece to a bay.
It runs off real stock. When a piece goes, its bay flips to sold on its own and the maker adds the next one himself, so the wall stays true without anybody touching the site.
